What should you include for each position you have for the past 7 years?
- Start and end dates of the position along with the job title
- Employer’s name, address, and location

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in your field of practice and hold an engineering degree.
- Can be your mentor, supervisor, senior colleague, or engineering client.
- Should have known you for a minimum of 12 months.
- At least one reference must be from your current workplace.
- Additional references can also be from your current workplace if you have been employed there for over 5 years.
- References may come from external sources but cannot be friends or family members.
- If you have recently changed jobs, references from previous employers are acceptable, provided you worked there for at least 5 years.
